Terms of Service

CourtShot is a booking platform. We list venues and their courts, take your booking, and pass it to the venue. Some venues also use CourtShot to run their own branded booking page.

Your booking is an agreement between you and the venue. The venue is responsible for the court, its condition, its facilities, its staff and its own rules. We are responsible for the booking platform.

You need an account to book. Give accurate details — your name and phone number are passed to the venue, and a wrong number is how a booking goes wrong.

You must be at least 13 to have an account, and under 18 only with a parent or guardian involved. Keep your login to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

When you start a booking we hold the slot for a short time so you can complete it. If it is not completed in time, the hold is released and the slot goes back to everyone else.

You can cancel a booking from your bookings page. Whether you get money back, and how much, depends on how far ahead you cancel and on the venue's own policy — both are shown to you at the time.

Because you paid the venue directly, any refund is paid by the venue, not by CourtShot. Where a refund applies you may be offered a booking credit instead, which you can use towards a later booking at that venue. We record the outcome so you and the venue have the same record of what was agreed.

If a venue cancels on you, or a court is unavailable, the venue is responsible for putting it right. If that stalls, contact us at support@courtshot.com and we will help chase it.

Open matches and messaging exist so people can actually get a game. Use them for that.

Do not harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against anyone; do not send spam or unsolicited promotion; do not impersonate another person or venue; do not post content you have no right to post; and do not use the platform to arrange anything unlawful.

You can block any player, and you can report a player or a message to us. Reports are read by a person. What happens when you report — including that we may review messages between you and the player you reported — is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Turning up matters. Repeatedly booking or joining matches and not showing up affects real people and real venues, and we may restrict an account that does it.

If you list a venue on CourtShot, you are responsible for keeping your courts, hours, prices and availability accurate, for honouring confirmed bookings, for handling refunds you owe, and for meeting your own legal and safety obligations as an operator.

Commercial terms — commission and anything else agreed — are set out in your separate agreement with CourtShot. Those terms, not this page, govern what you pay.

We work to keep CourtShot available and correct, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features — including for maintenance — and we will avoid doing so in a way that breaks a booking you have already made.

CourtShot is responsible for the booking platform: recording your booking correctly, showing you accurate prices and times, passing the right details to the venue, and handling your data as our Privacy Policy sets out. If we get that wrong, tell us and we will put it right.

The venue is responsible for what it provides — the court and its condition, the premises and their safety, its staff, and the session itself. You pay the venue directly; we are not the seller of the session and we do not hold your money.

Sport carries risk. Play within your ability, and treat a venue the way you would if you had booked it by phone.

We are not responsible for what other users say or do, though we act on reports — see our Privacy Policy for how reporting works.

None of this takes away rights you have under consumer protection law. If those laws give you a remedy, this page does not remove it.

You can stop using the platform at any time, and you can delete your account from your profile settings. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone. What is removed, what stays without your name on it, and what is forfeited are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Venue owners cannot delete an account here, because a venue carries bookings and payments other people rely on. Contact us and we will handle it with you.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses other users, or puts venues or the platform at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will tell you in the app about any change that materially affects you. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We are based in Lahore, and the courts there will normally hear anything arising from them.

If something goes wrong, tell us first. Write to us with what happened and what you want done, and we will have a proper attempt at resolving it — most problems are a booking that needs fixing, not a dispute.

This does not affect your right to take a complaint to the consumer court where you live. Consumer protection in Pakistan is provincial, and those rights sit alongside this page rather than being replaced by it.
