For venue owners

Fill your empty courts.

CourtShot brings players to your courts and gives you the tools to run the bookings — a live slot grid, payment-proof approval, and a branded booking page of your own. You only pay when we bring you a booking.

What it costs

Commission only. Nothing up front.

These are our current standard terms, read live from our commercial settings — not a brochure figure. Final terms are agreed with you before you go live.

Marketplace bookings
8%

Bookings from players who found you on CourtShot.

Your own booking page
3%

Bookings through your own branded CourtShot page. Minimum commitment 6 months.

Anyone who books with you directly, off the platform, stays entirely yours.

What commission is charged on

  • A game that gets played: commission on the full booking value.
  • A no-show or a late cancellation: commission only on what you actually keep.
  • A refund, a venue credit, a booking you cancelled, or a payment that never arrived: no commission at all.

What you are not charged

  • No setup fee
  • No annual fee
  • No monthly plan
  • No per-court charge
  • No charge for listing

These are our defaults. Rates and commitment are negotiable, and whatever we agree is what we record against your venue.

You get paid directly. We invoice afterwards.

Players pay you — bank transfer or Raast, straight into your account — and send a payment screenshot you approve from your dashboard. CourtShot never holds, collects or forwards your booking money.

Commission on the bookings we brought you is totalled at the end of each period and sent to you as a statement to settle. Nothing is deducted from your takings, because nothing passes through us.

What you get

  • A listing players actually find

Your venue on the marketplace and on the city and sport pages people search for, with your courts, prices and photos.

  • A live slot grid

Opening hours, per-court pricing, closures and maintenance — set once, and availability generates itself.

  • Booking control

Approve or reject payment proofs, take deposits or full payment, set your own cancellation window, and switch on manual approval if you want the final say.

  • Your own branded page

A CourtShot booking page in your colours and your name, on your own address, running the same booking engine.

How it works

We set venues up personally — there is no sign-up form that leaves you to figure it out alone.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your venue

The form below takes a minute. Courts, sports, city, and how to reach you.

  2. 2

    We call you

We agree the terms, answer your questions, and confirm what we are charging in writing.

  3. 3

    We build your listing

Courts, sports, hours and prices go in with you on the phone. You get an owner account.

  4. 4

    You go live

Your venue appears on CourtShot once your courts, hours and payment details are ready to take a real booking.

Questions venues ask

Do I have to change how I take payment?
No. Players pay you the way they already do — bank transfer or Raast. CourtShot does not sit in the middle of your money.
What if a booking is cancelled or refunded?
Then there is no commission on it. We only charge on value you actually realised.
Do I pay for my own regular customers?
Not for the ones who book with you directly, off the platform — those are 0%. Commission applies to bookings made through CourtShot.
Can I set different prices for peak hours?
Flat per-court pricing today. Peak and off-peak rates are next on the roadmap — tell us if that matters to you and it moves up.
How long does setup take?
Usually a day or two once we have your courts, hours and prices. We do the setup with you.
