You pay the venue directly and upload a screenshot as proof. Your money never passes through CourtShot, and we never ask for card details.
Every booking is venue-confirmed
The venue checks your payment proof and confirms the slot. Until it does, your booking shows as pending — never as a promise we cannot keep.
Questions players actually ask
- How do I pay for a court?
- You pay the venue directly — by bank transfer, or however that venue accepts payment — and upload a screenshot as proof. CourtShot does not process your payment, never holds your booking money, and never asks for your card or bank details.
- Does CourtShot charge players a fee?
- No. Booking through CourtShot is free for players. We bill venues a commission on their bookings, which is a business arrangement between us and the venue.
- When is my booking confirmed?
- When you start a booking we hold the slot for 30 minutes so you can pay. You upload your payment proof, the venue checks it, and the venue confirms the booking. Until the venue confirms, your booking is pending.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You can cancel from your bookings page. Whether money comes back, and how much, depends on how far ahead you cancel and on that venue's own policy — both are shown to you before you confirm. Where a refund applies you may be offered a booking credit at that venue instead, valid for 90 days. Because you paid the venue directly, any refund is paid by the venue.
