What can we help with?

• A booking problem

  A venue has not confirmed your booking, your payment proof was rejected, or something went wrong on the day. Include your booking reference if you have it.

• Refunds and credits

  Refunds are paid by the venue, since that is who you paid. If a venue is not responding, tell us and we will chase it.

• Safety concerns

  To report a player or a message, use the report option in the app — it reaches the same team with the context attached. For anything urgent or serious, contact us directly.

• Privacy requests

  Ask for a copy of the data we hold, or a correction. You can delete your account yourself from your profile settings — our Privacy Policy explains what is removed and what stays with your name taken off it. Venue owners should contact us instead. We handle requests by hand and will confirm what we have done.

• Listing your venue

  Run a venue and want your courts on the platform? Get in touch — we onboard venues personally at this stage.
